In the app
Open Calwell, go to Settings → Delete account and confirm. Your account and its data are deleted straight away, and this can’t be undone.
If you no longer have the app
Email aldoodeve@gmail.com from the address your account uses, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm by email within 30 days, and we will never ask for your password.
What is deleted
Everything stored under your account is deleted: your sign-in details, profile, diet plans, food log, health and progress data, settings and subscription record. Meal photos and voice are never stored, so there is nothing of theirs to delete.
What is kept, and why
Some data may remain for a short time in encrypted backups before they’re overwritten, and anonymous usage statistics that are no longer linked to you may be kept. Apple and Google keep their own purchase records.
Cancel your subscription separately
Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription, because the store handles payment. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
Deleting only some of your data
You can delete individual entries in the app without deleting your account. For anything else, or a copy of your data, email us — see the Privacy Policy.
